At The Aura, we strive to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. Each item undergoes thorough inspection as part of our quality control process.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order at info@theaura.jewelry / here. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the unworn product in question to request a replacement. We will assess each case to determine the best course of action.

Please ensure that all defective products are returned within 7 calendar days of receiving confirmation of your replacement request (starting from the date on the shipment record). Replacements outside this period will not be accepted.

Incomplete or Unprocessable Orders

To ensure the successful fulfillment of your order, you are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• A complete and deliverable shipping address.

• A valid and monitored email address and phone number.

• All required customization details (e.g., specific names, dates, or design choices for bespoke items).

Should your order be placed on hold due to missing, incorrect, or unverifiable information, The Aura Jewelry will make multiple attempts to reach you via email. If we do not receive a response and the necessary information to proceed within one (1) month of our first notification, the order will be deemed automatically fulfilled and completed. In such cases, the transaction will be considered final, and you will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or reshipment.

Our sterling silver jewelry, whether plated or not, offers a beautiful, classic appearance. Please understand these natural characteristics:
• Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, and environmental elements. This is a natural property of silver and not a manufacturing defect.
• Gold plating on sterling silver is a surface treatment that may wear gradually with frequent use. The plating thickness may diminish over time, potentially revealing the underlying sterling silver. This is part of the natural aging process of plated jewelry.
