How to Use Your Store Credit at The Aura

Step 1: Sign in to your account

• Go to www.theaura.jewelry
• Click the "Sign in" link (usually in the header)
• Enter your email address
• Check your email for a 6-digit verification code
• Enter the code to sign in

Step 2: Check your store credit balance

• Once signed in, go to your account page
• You'll see your store credit balance displayed in your account details

Step 3: Shop and add items to your cart

• Browse and add the jewelry pieces you want to your cart
• Proceed to checkout when ready

Step 4: Apply your store credit at checkout

• At checkout, you'll see a "Store credit" section showing your available balance
• Click "Apply store credit" to use it as payment
• Your store credit will be automatically applied to reduce your order total
• If your order is less than your store credit balance, the full order amount will be covered
• If your order is more than your store credit, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method

Important notes:

• You must be signed in to use store credit
• The full available amount will be applied (you can't choose a partial amount)
• Store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards
